ANC ACCREDITED  BUILDING REGULATION TESTS AND ADVICE

The practice is registered under the Association of Noise Consultants as accredited scheme to carry out sound insulation testing in accordance with the new Approved Document ‘E’ 2003 of the Building Regulations.   The practice has experience of applying the Approved Document ‘E’ (2003) to new, upgraded and listed buildings. We carry out tests for BREAAM and ECOHOMES  .

To date we have carried out over 2000 tests to the new regulations.   The practice  has over thirty years experience in noise control and providing cost-effective advice on dwellings. This includes small and larger developers. Some larger clients are Persimmon Homes, Bryant Homes, Westbury, George Wimpey, Crest, Redrow, Barratt, Kier, Wainhomes and McAlpines. We also work for housing associations.
